Who we are looking for
Anyone who wants to work in renovations, cleaning, landscaping, or snow removal. We hire both experienced workers and beginners. If you're hard-working, reliable, and ready to learn, we'll train you.
Field and construction workers
Renovation Cleaning Crew and Team Leads
You'll clean up after renovation and construction jobs. That means hauling debris, controlling dust, and doing the final detail clean so the space is ready for the customer. You need a sharp eye for detail, the right know-how with cleaning products, and the energy for physical work. Team lead roles need past cleaning experience and the ability to run a small crew.
Landscaping and Snow Removal Crew / Equipment Operators
Work all year. In warm months, you'll do lawn care, property upkeep, and hardscaping. In winter, you'll plow, salt, and clear snow. Experience with commercial mowers, skid steers, plows, or salters is a big plus.
